Once an Owner/ Tenant is in our system they also need Portal Access


Select on the Owner or Tenant you are looking to profile the access to and on the first Tab, General Tab


At the Very Bottom you will see OWA Settings or TWA Settings



Click on the + sign, Add their email to the pop up that appears. You will receive a notification that they have received instructions to access their portal. Please note this link is valid for about 10 Mins. So it would be good if they are made aware of this so they will not have to continuously ask for help.

Leave the Message to owner blank, as well as their Owners Settings are already on a Default please do not change.
