The next step for you to take after you have viewed a property is to review the rental guidelines. This will help you figure out if you will be a strong candidate for a particular property. Once, you have completed that, it's time to start on the application!


Step One- Find the property on our website

Head to our website at https://allcountycumberland.com/available-rentals/and find the property that you are interested in applying for. 


Step Two - Click the Blue Apply Button

When you click apply, you will be taken to our online portal where you can create an account. Fill in your email address, name, address, and phone number and click sign up. 


Step Three - Verify Your Account Via Email

After clicking sign up, an email will be sent to the email address you submitted to verify your address. Click the blue finalize button to continue. 



Step Four - Create a Password

Create a password that meets our minimum security requirements, Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, 1 number, and 1 uppercase letter. 


Step Five - Select the Property and Unit Number

Select the property address of the property you would like to apply to. If you do not see your property listed. NOTE: each property address begins with a C.


Step Six - Complete the Application In Its Entirety

Complete the application in its entirety, to the best of your ability, and click submit!
